Format:

12 PM Registration & lunch begins
1 PM - Shotgun Start - Please be ready to play (15 min destination time)

post game appetizers, ceremony, prizes awarded & silent auction. Each player will receive a complimentary replay round.

If you can’t sponsor a hole, please consider sponsoring a team or playing as an individual. If you are not a golfer, your financial donation would be greatly appreciated as well.

Glen Oaks is in control of making the decision on cancelling due to extreme weather conditions ONLY. If you are unable to participate on the rain date, your sponsorship and/or registration fee will be considered a donation to 2nd Chances.
